If a user has a pop-up blocker, our traffic server script will not execute.  This means that you will never get counted off for a visitor using a pop-up blocker since no pop will be displayed to that person.

24 hour unique means that every visitor we send to your website within a 24 hour period will be totally unique.

It depends on the number of visitors that you order and what you set your daily cap at.

What if my server goes down?

We can't be held liable in these cases.  Please be sure that your server can handle the actual number of visits before purchasing.  However, in the occurrence of a server outage or some other foreseeable problem, you can always just put your campaign on pause until the problem is fixed.

Will I make more sales?

This is dependant on various factors such as your site's sales copy, design, load time, color scheme, usability and overall presentation, as well as your reputation, service level, and quality of product/service.

Why does my hit counter not match up with your stats?

There are many reasons that a visitor will not register with your server and your count shows more or less visitors.

* A user cancels out the window before your site loads
* The user is on a slow connection and the request times out
* The user is behind an ISP with a proxy ex. AOL, Earthlink, MSN
* The user's browser served the request from cache instead of from your server
* Your site was unavailable at the time of request
* You are using a 3rd party counter not running on your sites server (like free counters)
* Your tracking software could not handle all the concurrent connections
* You have traffic coming from other sources

What is your refund policy?

We only give refunds on a prorata basis on any undelivered traffic. We will refund any undelivered traffic if its within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. We will make up the difference or refund any undelivered traffic not delivered in 30 days if you did have a lowered daily capicity (for extended campaign)
